Basketball Maui has done wonders for the kids in Maui the past two years and really have a great vision. @Brian yes it is expensive to send your players to an outer island, but this is what the players from the outer islands deal with all the time. We would love to have clinics, camps, etc like Honolulu but with the population base 1/10 of Oahu it is very difficult. We applaud Kalakaua (you) coming every year, but the NBC Camp hopefully will be the beginning of something good for the young players of Maui. NBC camps started in Alaska and have worked their way around nationwide. This is the 2nd year we are hosting this camp.
