But Damien has greatly improved this year giving the other schools a run and not losing by much. I would say Puns win but not even close to what you predicted. The way their players have stepped up without Christensen is a tribute to Coach Jesse and to the entire Kamehameha program. Aside from Micah and Matayoshi (who received very little minutes last year), no one else came close to seeing playing time on the varsity 1 squad. This season, guys like Dyrbe Enos, Frank Ho and Charlton Tang have been forced to play lots of minutes and win games even without Christensen there. They have done an excellent job and continue to get better each game. Kamehameha is definitely more than Christensen, but he adds a hell of a lot too dont get me wrong. He sets a great example for his teammates with his cool and calm demeanor. I think its between him, Nehoa Akina and Taylor Crabb for who I want to have the ball in his hands at the end of a game. </p> <p>I cant see Mid Pac losing by only a point. Kamehameha's ball pressure defense on Mid Pac's weak ball handling and slow team will kill them.
