RC, where you going for dinner tonight? I am thinking of goign to Thelma's in Waipahu. If you ever venture to the Waipahu side, Thelma's is quite delicious. Try the Thelma's Special & Fried Pork.
The Thelma's Special has a mixture of raw onions, tomatoes, and pork (kind of like Chinese Roast Pork with cripsy skin) with a shotu based sauce on it.
The Fried Pork is topped with raw inion and u can dip it into vinegar.
Both are winners!
