I'll be checking out the Luna-Pun game tonight. Both teams pressure full court most of the game. May come down to how tight this game is officiated and bench depth.

    Should be fun.

Tough game ....Luna's win with Center straped with fouls and on the bench.

    Yikes!, look who's next....WILDCATS!

    Luna Gals 64 / Punahou 56

Luna was the better team, no doubt. Interesting calls on Luna's center though-- she has three fouls in the first quarter (should have been on the bench with two fouls and less than a minute to go) and then plays the entire second half without getting called for one. What gives?

Wow watched kona games on OC16, Wildcats are demolishing opponent teams. Should be a good game tonight against the Lahainaluna's.

Lahainaluna got alot of big size, But kona has quickness, A POY PG in Dawnella Awa & Another amazing player Lia Galdiera. Lia is playing well especially just returning from a few games ago from her injury/surgery.

Too bad will miss that game tonight on OC16 will be at the civic boys playoff's good matchup's tonight.

@luna86 - well we both wanted this matchup before season started and got it. Good luck to both teams. I would think you would of fly up and spport the team and your buddy coach Todd. Let's put a wager on the line.... If Kona wins or lose.... I DRINK. If lunas win or lose..... You gotta DRINK

Kona beat the Lunas twice in the preseason...fairly close games (Once at Kona and the other at Lahaina). For some reason, the Lady Cats seem to take their game to another level at the state tournament...it's almost if the big stage flips a switch. The way I see it, kona had very similar games against Iolani in the preseason (8-10 point wins) then routed them last night. I think it will be another lopsided win for the Cats. No disrespect to Lahainaluna, they're a very nice team, but the Cats seem to be on another level this year.
