    Who is playing good? How are the games going?

    @ mensleague, The Hawaii Raiders and The Sharks look the best. The Hawaii Raiders got some St. Joe's kids on their team. Fairman and the guard with the hyphen (sorry forgot his name) in his name are on the team. But, the Raiders seem to be short handed. They have only played with 6 and 7 kids in the games I seen. They may have more coaches than actual players, lol.

    The Sharks play well, but haven't seen DeForest in the Iolani yet. They have Luke Alualu. He is a new kid who is going to go to Punahou. He is very athletic and huge. I am guessing he is like 6'7-6'8, about 235-245lbs. He is still learning the game, but his ceiling is through the roof. Best of all is he plays hard, is coachable, and after talking to him, seems like a very nice kid.

    Our boys are playing hard. They compete, missing some key players due to other sports. But it's a great opportunity for other kids to step up. Iolani puts on a great summer league.

    Yes, their league is a great oppourtinity to develop young players, put in some new things, and just for the boys to get a feel for eachother. Did you get a chance to see the new kid Duke who is going to Iolani? At the tournament in Le Jardin, he looked realy solid, playing with the Sharks.

    I haven't been able to make it to the Iolani yet. Is Marcus Keane playing for Moanalua? I'm wondering how they will look once he's gone.

    @HF

    When do you guys play? The kid playing for Sharks (Senior next season) is doing well. I watch his work ethic at Agena's clinic and you can tell he is maturing! help me with his name and the St joseph's player's name is Sebastian Ohara-Saft.

    FYI

    The Kauai kid is playing with the sharks because his cousin (might be Alualu) is on the team. His acceptance is conditional upon summer school but his game is tough. 6'2" and a good perimeter shooter who gets rebounds and loose balls is a plus for any team. He hasn't played in a while because he sprained his ankle against Punahou last Wednesday.

    @HF

    Heard rumors that Keane may be off to San Antonio. Not verified so still status quo. I do know that most military branches will allow for extensions filed in the second year of their 3-year stay so I don't know what his situation is but I'm sure you have the correct info. If he stays he is one of the best PGs next year.

    Howzit Coach Brian. We play at Iolani on Friday at 6:30 & Saturday at 3:00. We play Kamehameha II on Friday and Kamehameha I on Saturday.

    Coach, are you talking about Dexter Williams?

    Keene is still in Hawaii and playing well. I think he may be the best PG in Hawaii if he stays next year.

    Keane is moving to San Antonio...his parents both recently retired and are already off island. He is a great kid and player and will be missed.

    That's too bad if it is true. He looked good this summer so far.

    @HF

    Yes, Dexter is playing well for the Sharks. Nice kid from what I have seen. Must have great coaches guiding him at Moanalua! Also, thanks for the info. I will be at Kalani gym on Saturday for D-Low's clinic with Coach Agena but I'll be there to see you guys tomorrow night.

    @ RC, I don't think we are the first game. I don't know when the first game is, maybe 5:30?

    And Mike23, they charge admission at Iolani, either $2 or $3, I don't recall....

    First game today is at 4:30.

    If you're with the #1 team in the State, admission is $0
