Why are the boy's teams playing after 3 days of practice?

It has to do with the start dates changing. Last year, season started on October 29th.

The boys teams are Kealakehe, Kona, and HPA. Any game right now is a good head start for any team.
Tonights girls game slates Kona vs Iolani...should be pretty good, although I think the wildcats are way too talented all around. Correction...Kona beat Kaimuki 53-16 last night.

Iolani is clearly a grade below what they used to be. They shoot the ball well, but lack a big girl in the middle with consistency. Kona was in full control throughout, but was not able to open up a blow out win. It wasn't big game atmosphere, but definitely a game that a BIIF school will always take full opportunity to beat a ILH school.
