Unless Galderia can accomplish what Shawna did at the NATIONAL level, they will never be on the same level. She will always be a level below.

Can you and the rest of the veterans please nominate Konastyle to be a veteran like you guys, And if so veterans if you do agree with me can someone ask the Academy of hawaiian music arts if we can hold the ceremony party same time as the 2009 NA HOKU HANOHANO LIFETIME ACHIEVMENT AWARD LUNCHEON. Konastyle deserves to be recognize for a VETERAN LIFETIME AWARD because He kisses hoopfanatic Behind everyday. Serious HF can you please look behind and pull konastyle out! You always agree with hf and the rest of the veterans everytime and when one of them attack you, you never respond in a PERSONAL WAY. HF you really hurt he's feelings by not having him on your fab 5. No offense boys, but what the hell did you just say? I don't have a fab 5. I had a Mount Rushmore featuring 4 people.
I do have a My Faves 5 which consists of:
1-Basketball Jones
2-Shaka
3-2Dhoop
4-Backpick
5-O.G. Retro - CurtMan if you are going to be sarcastic, at least be funny! While you have a couple of ideas that could be funny, you do not elaborate enough to make them even remotely hilarious.
As for Konastyle agreeing with me, anyone with any sense of logic or intelligence will agree with me.
Do you really think posters want to come on here and lose a debate. I am like the Rocky Marciano of this posting era when it comes to debating with the BIIF supporters.
When I discuss (not debate) with fellow veterans like Basketball Jones, 2Dhoop, Shaka, Backpick, and Hoopsitz, I will show the proper etiquette and respect. They have proven through time that they are credible and logical even if I may not agree with them 100% of the time.

Galdeira is a sophomore this year, we'll see how she does this year. I seriously think she could lead Konawaena undefeated this year too, including another state title. The knock about Galdeira is she does seem a bit lazy in games, but she has to be the freakiest of athletes to come out of Hawaii. I personally think she could be a track star too.

Man, this was an interesting post! I got here kind of late but I sure enjoyed reading it. So sad Kuehu is injured again. I hope the doctors can fix her up so we can enjoy her talents on the court. I never knew she put up those kinds of numbers at the Nike's. HF, what can I say? Interesting!

The level of girls bball is severely down this year. There is one very good team, Kona. A bunch of decent teams, Punahou, Lahainaluna (Farrington used to be in this group until their coach forfeited their game).
And the rest of the teams are mediocre at best. It's really bad compared to the past 5-6 years in my opinion.

I just want to pick your mind,if you don't mind.
I'm just curious what you think of Waiakea girls team.I know they went up and played in the Moanalua pre-season tourney. Granted those aren't top teams but still curious if you got to see them and what's your thoughts. Reason I ask you is you seem to keep yourself well informed of what goes on, and at this moment they are #2 in BIIF.Thanks

I think Waiakea is in that second tier(?) of better teams. They beat some pretty good teams in the preseason. I believe they beat Moanalua, Pearl City, Kapolei, and Mililani. I believe some of these teams have qualified for states. I think Kona, Lahainaluna, Punahou, Farrington, Roosevelt, and Iolani(if Maeda is playing) is on top, then Waiakea I believe follows. If Waiakea plays as a team, they can play with pretty much any of the teams. Sometimes they get out of their game plan, and they look mediocre at best.
