This looks like a popularity contest. Now if you are talking dunk contests then so be it. But, ESPN was talking about in-game dunkers.

I don't know how Harold Miner got on this list. I don't ever recall him playing in games unless it was mop-up time for his short and unproductive career.

Kevin Garnett on this list is insane. His dunks are no more spectacular than Patrick Ewing, Brad Daughterty, or Olyden Polynice.

Clyde the Glide & T-Mac, are too high. JR Rider needs to be higher. The Reigman should be #3-#5. And I don't know how the Round Mound of Rebound isn't on the list.

I believe The Human Highlight Film, Dominique Wilkins should be #1. If you watch old footage, he would do crazy crap on breakaways and over people. Jordan was more of a finesse dunker. He never dunked over guys with as much power or frequency as Wilkins.

My Top 10 would look as follows:

    1. Dominique Wilkins
    2. Vince Carter
    3. Michael Jordan
    4. Julius Erving
    5. Shawn Kemp
    6. David Thompson
    7. Kobe Bryant
    8. Charles Barkley
    9. Clyde Drexler
    10. Darrell Griffith

Sorry, but Spud Webb may have less than 10 dunks in his entire career. How can you be on a list of all-time great dunkers when you have that few dunks? This is not the all-time great dunk contest participants.

Nate Robinson does not have as many spectacular game tome dunks like the guys on this list. Maybe add Dwight Howard.

larry nance, double two hand windmill reverse dunk during the slam dunk contest! thats one i remember! and what spud did, winning the slam dunk contest, against the best at that time, was electric! it would be like asking the other guys to dunk on an 11 foot rim! amazing!

when wilt played, dunks were not counted as stats. but all you have to do is watch a couple games of wilt during his day and see the true dunkmaster! unstoppable! stupid! yet, awesome! he scored on put-backs, finger-rolls and dunks! ( rarely from the free throw line, wilt stunk from the line ) bradda's back then couldnt do nothin! with the big men in the nba today being foul prone ( most ), wilt never fouled out in his entire career! mean!............. lbj threw down a couple memorable slams already! ( split-leg eagle dunk over jones!) michael, dunking over mutombo, then waving his finger at mutombo,( mutombo's signiture move when erasing a shot! ) is a classic!
