Howzit Spalding! Hope all is well brother...
Anyway, here is my two cents on this subject:
ILH
1a. Iolani
1b. Kamehameha
1c. Punahou
4. Mid Pac
5. St. Louis
6. Maryknoll
7. DamienSummary - It will be the usual suspects vying for the league title once again. If I had to give a slight nod I would have to give it to the defending ILH and state champions, Iolani, who return 11 players. Kamehameha will make a serious run at it with Micah Christenson returning. On paper, Punahou is huge. I think if they can find some solid guards they will be a major force to be reckoned with. Their biggest question mark will be Coach Matsuda's ability to create the X's and O's for this team.
Still gathering info with the OIA...as soon as I get enough useable and viable information, I will post a prediction.

Did Kapalama lose any seniors? Kapalama should be great

Kamehameha-Kapalama will be very good again next year, for sure.
To my knowledge, AOP will be staying at the D2 level and I believe University Lab may be taking it to the D1 level. Best of luck to Coach Walt and his team...great guy, great coach.

I think that Coach Walt is looking to make the move back next year. I talked to him this summer when we played against each other and that was his plan. It may have changed though. I know he has a young team and they will be good when they move back up.

As of two days ago, AOP admin says the team is going to D-I.

Yes, AOP is going to DI. They have a number of new recruits, including another tall, German exchange student and some other good quality players who are transferring to AOP. Frankly, I think they'll surprise some teams and be very competitive.

@JCMac
Any word on who is transferring to AOP?

Coach Wally will be taking along Kona and Wilson from Kalaheo.

In addition to Kona Makaula and Wilson MacLeod, AOP is adding point guard Michael Urcia (Christian Academy) and the new 6'8" German exchange student to go along with last year's recruits, 6'5" Micah Dunhour (Honokaa), 6'4" Sam Orcutt (Kailua), and athletic guard David Daniels (Word of Life).

Never heard of any of them. Any thoughts on these new AOP players?
