1 point game with under 2 to play. Ballooned at the end to 7 (game was decided already).

PV was lights out. Deep, deeper and deepest. He had two trey's that were out near (a touch in front) the 5 second. They were deep. NBA + a good crow hop. For every Kalaheo bucket he had a "huge" answer. Nishiyama had 3. Just to put it into perspective.

    46-39 was the final.

PV had 26 points, 3 rebs, 2 steals, 2 assists.
Fernandez finished with 26 points, 5 rebs, 3 assists and a block.

A great game between two of the O.I.A.'s best (PV & Fernandez).

Moanalua beat Farrington at Farrington on their senior night. Moanalua went up early. The biggest lead in the first half was 15 for Moanalua. Farrington cut it to about 10-12 at half. Moanalua got the lead back to 17 in the middle of the 3rd. Farrington got the lead down to 3 points.

Then Monroe took over. He looked possessed. He got more minutes. He led the break, drove the lane, hit 3's, rebounded, and hit mid-range jumpers over bigs with hands in his face. He had two more dunks. One monster two-handed dunk on the baseline off the inbounds. If he played like his did tonight, he may be the best player in the state in my opinion.

Lancelot was tough to handle. He is very good in the post. Farrington kids played super hard. They compete and have lots of pride.

In the end, Moanalua went up 19, emptied their bench and maybe won by 15.
