i haven't had it but will take your word. In Kailua, Times Coffee Shop used to make massive fried rice plates

If you're into to quantity more than top-notch quality, try eating at the food company in Kailua. They got an enormous fried rice omelet that comes in a huge bowl. You could probably eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Never really had the desire to try it myself...the fried rice is average imo - but that damn omelet is large
