  2. Are you basing this top 10 on strength of division or what you have seen and heard? Just wondering how you got this top 10.

I am basing this on mostly regular season league record, head to head, and my opinion of league strength, and lastly preseason since it was long ago and teams have changed and improved. But mostly how the teams seem to be playing now.

But it's a poll and doesn't mean much....

How was that rude? He said that he didn't care what the other guy thought.

You're the one coming off as rude by assuming that a lower tier ILH team can beat a team that I can bet, you have never seen play, especially a team that you know mike23 is a fan of. Have some class.

  17. @mrtirade...I bet if Waianae was in red this year then they would most likely beat Campbell. You guys rely to much on your star Kristian Manuel.

@mrtirade, St. Joe's is D2 but in the BIIF they play D1 and D2 schools...

Also, St. Joe's is arguably the best team on the island...They are winning the east and the east is the stronger of the two sides...no disrespect to the west but it's true...

I'm not sure Moanalua and Iolani aren't playing the best basketball right now. Punahou got beaten at home by Kamehameha and played kind of sloppy.

I watched Moanalua recently and they play at a speed much like the ILH-- fast! They're a vertical team and can play up in the air. They have some nice set pieces and are well coached.

Orangeman, interesting numbers, but why? Punahou looks quite vulnerable right now and their "swagger" is a bit undeserved considering they haven't won anything yet.

Iolani man run the table here in the second round.

    Here are mine:

    1. Punahou
    2. Moanalua
    3. Kamehameha
    4. Iolani
    5. Kahuku
    6. Punahou II
    7. Kalaheo
    8. Mililani
    9. Leilehua
    10 Waianae

Punahou is still the best team in the State despite their lost to Kamehameha. I also think if Moanalua were to play Iolani or Kamehameha right now that they would be them. Right now today! If they played 3 or 4 weeks ago I would give the edge to the two ILH teams. Punahou II obviously cannot win a State title but I'm pretty sure that they have beaten and will beat a lot of teams in the State if not majority of them.

You cannot teach height. If the tournament started today the oia schools would have a difficult time watching them. Punahou has shooters and can play the inside and outside game. also they are well coached.

Punahou II is a lot of fun to watch. Those kids are just crazy. It's 4 quarters of full court pressure and attacking the basket. Like they took the most aggressive players off of the football team and gave them basketball uniforms. Like I said, they are fun to watch.

Here's my top 5 based upon recent form:

    1)Moanalua
    2)Iolani
    3)Kamehameha
    4)Punahou
    5)Kahuku
