I would like to know if anyone knows of any upcoming or future basketball tournaments or leagues that may be coming up soon? I'm looking for an 18 years and under, or even a good competitive men's open league that plays during the evenings. Could you pass on any contact information, also. Thank you.

How's it going, keepitreal. I do know that there is an 18 and under tournament later this month at Aiea rec. Maybe someone else can give you a contact. Sorry, I don't have that info.

You could join my beer drinking league, but it is 21 and over (unless you got one good ID) We play every Friday and Saturday night, and sometimes Mondays, oh and some Tuesdays, also every other Wednesday, oh and I almost forgot every 3rd Thursday. We take Sundays off for prayer, BUT WE DRINK WINE!!!

Thanks hoopsitiz. i called the Aiea District Park and got all the information on their 18 & under tournament from August 22-24. Anyone else out there know of any pretty competitive men's open basketball leagues, or other leagues or tournaments for 18 & under high school players right now or in the near future?

KeepItReal. By men's league do you mean 18 and older? I just moved here and I'm looking for a place to play some ball. If you find a place let me know

joshwuh86, i'm still in hs, & since most of the older youth leagues here costs way to much & the competition is limited to only a few good teams, I was loking into joining an open men's leagues with some of my friends. Someone said there's men's night leagues held mostly on weekdays and some weekends, held at certain gyms in the Kaimuki area. They don't advertise any of these adult leagues, but some say that they're out there always playing pick-up games. I tried going to some community parks with my friends to play, but most of them don't play with a set team. They mostly shoot for teams, and if you don't really know some of these guys, it can get dirty. Too much drinking and showboating. We're still looking & asking around.
