    If they are that good it should be good games when they play Kailua and Roosevelt. Anybody know how the game between those 2 was the other night? I saw the score posted in the paper but never went to the game and there was no box score. I saw Roosevelt won the game. If anyone was there please post anything about it for me.

    Roosevelt by 8 I believe.

  6. All i know is Roosevelt beat Kailua by 4. Kailua beat Kalani last night by like 10. Waianae beat Waialua by 11 only because of horrible officiating. Are you a Roosevelt fan by any chance?

  7. They should have easily won by 20.

    I am a fan of the rough riders yes, but i am a PC grad. One of my friends has a son on the team and I like watching the way that they play. They seem to have a real good team this year. Beat some good teams in the preseason. I just enjoy watching good basketball. This year seems to have some good d2 teams. I saw that St. Josephs and Roosevelt were both ranked in the top 10. Should be an exciting d2 season. Good luck to waianae on their season.

    I heard they had a good JV last year. Lots of athletic kids. And they return a good shooter in Mendoza.

    This is why I think people should start posting up Division II top tens. DII teams have no business smelling the top ten DI list.

    If St. Joe's is that good...Then I will confidently put them #1 in my DII top ten rankings!...

  12. @pickup...you heard correctly. They only lost to Roosevelt in the championship. And yes, Mendonza is a really good shooter. He has already had two 20 point games.

  13. yes mendonza is a good shooter but he lacks defense but hes working on that

  14. you need to look at the whole team in general with waianae, remember its a team effort

    right now i think the waianae seariders are the second team to beat in the white, they just took out kailua in a good game, next up pearl city

    @Enterthedragon

    St. Joes beat Keaau (beat Iolani and DI), Moanalua (ranked 5th at the time and DI), Kam-Hi (DI), Hilo (ranked 9 at one point, also DI, got 2 transfer players who were on first team all BIIF last year), beat Kealakehe (DI, top team on the West Side), lost to Kam Kapalama by 4, they are number 2 in the state and have been number 1 for awhile.

    I think they should be in the top 10...that's a pretty good resume if you ask me. If a D2 team is beating D1 teams, why shouldn't they be ranked with the D1 teams?

    Even Roosevelt beat some tough teams.

    as of right now waianae seariders are 4-0 they beat pearl city in a ulgy game tonite. waianae played a shitty game missing lay up,three-throws and shooting all around missing shot after shot, they had a season low at 39. christian mendonza, michael foster,anthony niederschmidt all had a bad game.

    I don't think Waianae is being overlooked. I think they need to prove themselves first before anyone can judge them. It's great to see that they are winning games.
