who has the best gym and home crowd?

I have watched Punahou-Kamehameha at Kamehameha. I watched Punahou vs. Iolani at Punahou. In my opinion, the crowd at Kamehameha wasn't too large. Punahou vs. Iolani is always packed no matter which gym it is at.

Kahuku has pretty big crowds as well. Iolani has a lot of people but they all old. lol

I've been to a few Maryknoll games this year. Two in their new gym. Very excellent facility. Both games had good crowds. The last game I saw was their homecoming on Thursday. It was the kind of game you only see in movies. It was their first homecoming in their new gym, it went into overtime, and they won on a buzzer beater which caused the crowd to rush the court. It was so loud that you couldn't hear yourself think. Wish I had that game on tape.

In the BIIF Kohala, St. Joe and Honoka'a probably have the best crowds..Kohala and Honoka'a have for a long time...ST. Joe's just recently..I mean how many other schools have teachers getting kicked out of games for yelling at the ref..lol....Pahoa used to back in the day...There used to be standing room only and people would be standing all along the baseline and stuff talking trash to opposing teams taking out the ball...lol...Now there isn't as big of crowds though...

@Walker, yeah the new Maryknoll gym is nice but what do expect? It's new. When we played there it was loud. We won by a good margin but I don't think their fans or players cared. They were playing hard to defend their turf. Just like we will when they come to play us on Saturday. We'll see if they fight as hard on the road.

if other schools had small bleachers like iolani their games would look packed too.. kahuku doesnt even bring their bleachers out all the way so they look like they have packed crowds also. But Kam and Punahou always bring great crowds anywhere they go.

@K-nasty, our bleachers may be small, but I'll challenge anyone who says that we don't have some of the most passionate fans in the ILH. And please don't forget to give us credit for having air-con in our gym.
