as you can tell this is another one of waiakea's stanout scholar athletes. this is something that kona lacks. this is very impressive. high gpa, community service, interning at the college. this is what i see.
i have been following the big island/kona posts over the past 2 weeks. i have to say that kona isnt happening. where are the stories about academic achievements about the kona girls? all i see is they win games. who cares. lets see some humanitarian stuff. lets see some academic stuff. lets see some community stuff. yah u win a few measley games. i talk to my friends at uh and kona is the laughing stock of the big island. all the peeps at uh that are in the higher program and from teh big island are either from kam or waiakea. i havent met anyone from kona in the business programs. so win ur titles and let the others make their mark in life. howz dat sucka?
