ALL-RMAC Second Team: Kyle Pape
Former Iolani star and 2005 State Player of the Year Kyle Pape (photo, Honolulu Advertiser) was named to the All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference second team for his performance this season as a member of the Colorado School of Mines basketball team.
Pape was second on the team in scoring at 13.7 ppg and led the Mines in several other statistical categories including freethrow percentage (77.6%), total assists (82) and steals (26). His highlights for this season include a career high 36 points in a win against New Mexico Highlands and a game winner in a one point win over Adams State.
